If you are not talking nicely to yourself it is time to fake it until you make it. It take approximately 6 weeks to change destructive thoughts into productive ones, so time to add some positive affirmations and build yourself up!
Affirmations should be positively phrased and be in the present tense. Support the new you and believe it!
